Not Your Average Fundraiser
I’m passionate about advancing organizations that are a force for good through relationship-based fundraising.
When did it start? As a college senior, I was sitting in a family friend’s kitchen, my heart pounding as I asked “Dr. P” for $200 a month to support my ministry salary. After a long pause, he simply said, “Okay!” The adrenaline rush had me hooked.
Over time, I realized my true calling: helping organizations raise money for missions I care about. I started with events and digital campaigns but soon discovered the key was always relationships. That shift led me from Development Director to Major Gifts officer, where I fully embraced a relationship-based approach.
Now, with nearly two decades in fundraising, I’ve mastered the art of connecting donors to causes and crafting funding opportunities that align their passions with an organization’s needs. As a fundraising coach, I equip others to do the same—harnessing the power of relationships to grow their missions.
I live in Manhattan with my husband, son, an old hound dog, and an oversized tabby cat. When I’m not working, you’ll find me strolling through Central Park, cheering on my favorite sports teams, or planning my next adventure.

My Work
Mission and Values
Frontline fundraising is becoming a lost art, especially in social services and smaller nonprofits. Many organizations fall into repetitive cycles—annual fund campaigns, events, and reactive appeals—missing opportunities for transformative growth.
At Bryn George Fundraising, we help organizations advance good causes through relationship-based fundraising. Fundraising isn’t just about transactions; it’s about building authentic connections that unlock donor generosity. Major gift fundraising, often sidelined in deadline-driven fundraising, is one of the most powerful ways to create sustainable impact.
Many mission-driven organizations struggle not because they lack tools, but because fundraisers—board members, CEOs, and development staff—need guidance and confidence to ask effectively. Through coaching, strategy, and practical tools, I equip fundraisers to move beyond transactional giving and secure the resources they need to thrive—all grounded in the following values:
Relationship-Driven Success
BGF believes relationships are at the heart of impactful work. We prioritize meaningful connections, ensuring everyone feels valued and central to the mission.
Integrity, Inspiration, and Inclusion
BGF leads with honesty, empowering others to join impactful work. We value people from all walks of life, fostering a space where everyone feels seen and respected.
Heart for Service
Driven by a genuine desire to help others, we create lasting change through compassionate service.
